How do you cope with extra weight. What is your best way to lose weight?
@beller I wish I would have some but I am dealing with the opposite. I can't put weight and look way too skinny.

Set reasonable goals and stay accountable
For some people it's not so easy. My sister for example struggles with overweight. She's tried different diets but nothing helps her at the moment. Her endocrinologist prescribed her ozempic, she buys it with ozempic cupon. It helps her to reduce appetite and therefore lose weight. It works for the moment but I don't know how useful it will be in perspective.
