Man, I had the same trouble sleeping. I study a lot and almost all my strength goes to study. Over the last two months, I began to feel loss of appetite, nervousness and insomnia. This makes it difficult for me to devote necessary time to study because this is an important thing. Most recently, I decided to use CBD oil and after a while, I began to feel better, get enough sleep and my diet was restored. Such problems need to be solved and you can try this oil as it will probably help you to solve the same consequences of constant work.
