What are the current requirements for a carrier supervisor? What courses do I need to take?

As far as I know, one of the requirements is a compulsory drug & alcohol awareness training certificate. The reasonable supervisor compliance training requirement specifies that supervisors need to know what to look for and what to do if someone seems drugged or drunk.
