Good afternoon. I want to tell you that I just switched to Shell and was very worried when I could not connect the same day, so I called the shell customer service specialists, but they told me that I would have to wait until the next day. Their technician Jonathan called me the next day, ran some tests, and finally determined that the Shell connection issue was a faulty microfilter. He helped me rebook my smart meter installation and was very patient with everything! Therefore, my claim is that Shell has excellent customer service.
