Hi, need opinions on alcohol

Hello, I know I'm going to make people say, "Ask your doctor, not the gaming website," but I know the answer there. Already in the UK, you get zapain (cocodamol) 30/500 mg. This is a strong painkiller that I am currently taking after a car accident I was in. Anyway it is approaching New Year, My question is I don't want to mix as it is stupid and the doctors would say leave it 24 hours or something I mean everyone takes paracetamol even iburfen with alcohol together and the doctors would say no. But if I took 2 pills, then celebrated New Year's Eve and had some alcohol say 7 hours later, do you think that would be harmful? I would never take them and drink them all at once, I would want to leave some gap. Also, I know some people, and I think it's known anyway that some people take them with alcohol, and some people even snort them with alcohol for some kind of high, but do you think leaving a 6-7 hour gap would be 100% safe or not?
Just curious, I know it's random. I wonder if anyone has any experience with two together, etc. etc.

It seems to me that I should give up drinking alcohol altogether. I had previously thought that for me alcohol was something I could always give up at any time. But it turned out a little different, to give it up I had to take an alcoholic test and come to rehab. And if you decide to take medication with alcohol, I would advise you to consult your doctor first, but I would still advise you not to mix medication and alcohol.
