I have been using QuickBooks software since I started my business almost 20 years ago. I have spent an entire day attempting to fix Error 6189 77 in QuickBooks and haven't gotten anywhere. If this is the level of customer support, I'm not sure what to expect from the QuickBooks software. No, thank you; instead, I'd like to pursue a different software. I've wasted enough time that I can't afford to waste another day. So, if you have any suggestions for my problem, please share them with us as they would be quite helpful.
