Please call us at (+18002033550). If you qualify, a member of our team will work with you to create a repayment plan. When you're finished with the setup, we'll send you a confirmation email with your payment dates and how much each installment will cost.Billing Information Important
For these payments, we'll utilize the card you have on file. Your credit card on file will be debited for your usual monthly costs on your monthly auto-pay date. If you make a one-time payment while this plan is active, it will be applied to your past-due debt. Visit the My Account Settings section to update your card on file.Stay Up to Date
Your service will remain active if you complete your repayment plan and pay your normal monthly expenses on time.
You'll have four days to make a one-time payment in My Account or contact us if you miss a payment toward the plan. The plan will be canceled and your service will be suspended if you do not make a payment within four days.
