Multi tenant vs single tenant
-
Can anyone explain me the difference? And which one should I choose?
-
Multi-tenancy means that a single instance of the software and its supporting infrastructure serves multiple customers. A single instance of the software and supporting infrastructure serve a single customer. With single tenancy, each customer has his or her own independent database and instance of the software.

When we talk about multi tenant vs single tenant, the main difference is that these software applications can serve either one or more customers at the same time. A single tenancy architecture is mostly used throughout the SaaS cloud services or delivery models, and a multi-tenancy serves multiple customers at a time.
