• On your smartphone, open the Xfinity My Account app and log in.
  The Account Information area, which displays your name and Xfinity ID, should be tapped.

• Change your password by using the Change Password button.

• To double-check that your current and new passwords are correct, type them in twice.

• Save the file. A confirmation screen displays on the screen.
  You'll get an error message if your new password doesn't fulfill our minimum password requirements.
