I bought a Garmin Avtex tourer two sat nav and took it out of the box to update it, half way through it said update failed and then froze screen just flickering, rang Garmin who said they would collect it which they did the next day, they sent me a brand new one within two days all working perfectly, really good customer service I can't fault them.

Hi all! Garmin fitness watches are the best watches with long battery life. I am very glad that I purchased them because they help me to know more information about my health. They showed themselves well at work, only one problem appeared with the silicone strap, which I accidentally broke. Then I contacted garmin customer service and they sent me a new strap without any problems, almost for free.
