Hello, I want to know how to do HP support assistant because mine is not working. I have tried to solve it by myself but can't find it. I don't know how to choose the printer but thanks to my friend who shared a website with me in which I have found about HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 and bought it. But now I am facing this problem and want to resolve this soon. Thanks for sharing those easy steps to solve this problem.
