Step 1: Convert EDB to PST File by using Exchange Admin Center
Follow the Exchange Admin Center Steps to Convert your EDB to PST File
Sign in to Exchange Admin Center as an Administrator.
Go to click on the Admin Roles of Exchange Admin Permissions Tab.
Click on the Recipient Management options in Admin Roles
Add the New Role Group under the Roles options.
Choose the Mailbox Import Export Role and click on the add button; after that, click on OK.
Now, Mailbox Import Export options will be available in Recipient Management.
Select the Export to PST file options under Recipient Mailbox.
Browse the Mailboxes where you want to export the selected mailbox.
Now choose the path of a shared folder.
Click on the Next button to Export Selected Exchange Mailboxes to the PST file successfully.
Step 2: Convert EDB File to PST using Free Tool
A direct way to convert your EDB to a PDF file is EDB Converter Tool, which selects your EDB file and converts them into Outlook PST file format.
Follow the Steps to Convert EDB to PST File
Install Aryson EDB to PST Converter Tool and run.
Click on the browse button to select the EDB file.
Scan & preview your EDB file using advanced scanning options.
Choose Save as PST options and manage the setting.
Now, click on the Convert button to convert EDB to the PST file successfully.
